Attach clear photographs of any damaged packaging or incorrect items to help our quality control team verify the claim.

Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine if a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method is appropriate.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will dispatch a fresh replacement or process your refund, which typically appears in your account within 5-10 business days.
